Set in the aftermath of a catastrophic military experiment in Tasmania that claimed 500,000 lives, the story follows Ava, a woman desperate to find her missing husband. She joins a "body retrieval unit" tasked with burying the casualties, but her search takes a terrifying turn when the corpses begin showing signs of life. While the military insists the undead are "docile and slow-moving," Ava discovers a horrifying truth: they are growing more violent and relentless by the hour. Directed by Zak Hilditch, the film blends traditional zombie thrills with a deep exploration of grief and the need for closure.
