Seeds is a Punjabi social-message drama for kids and families that highlights values, awareness, and youth-centric themes. A unique aspect of the film is that it was produced by the Punjabi Theatre and Folk Academy (PTFA), with Australian Punjabi children contributing to all aspects of its production, direction, and music.
