Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Ikkis chronicles the heroic life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, Indias youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient, who sacrificed himself at age 21 during the 1971 Indo-Pak Wars Battle of Basantar. Framing his story through his grieving father years later, the film humanizes wars toll while honoring valor and shared humanity across borders. Dharmendras poignant final performance anchors this emotional anti-war tribute blending patriotism with profound empathy.
